Studio Etiquette

Filming Etiquette

Film yourself only. Please avoid capturing others and tag the studio.

No Jewelry

Keep it simple and distraction free.

Storage Area

Store all shoes and bags in the designated area.

On-Time Arrival

No entry permitted after 6 minutes past the start of class.

Late Cancel/No-Show Policy

Cancel at least 8 hours prior

$15 late cancel • $20 no-show

Fees will no longer be waived

Waitlist & Cancellation Policy

When a class is fully booked, clients may join the waitlist.

If a spot becomes available, the next client on the waitlist will be automatically enrolled - even if the opening occurs within 8 hours of class start time.

 

Once moved into class:

  • You are fully bound to our 8-hour cancellation policy

  • Late cancellations and no-shows will result in a session loss or applicable charge

  • There is no accept/decline option once you are on the waitlist

 

To avoid unexpected enrollment or penalties, clients are responsible for:

  • Removing themselves from the waitlist if availability changes

  • Keeping text and email notifications enabled

  • Monitoring their schedule closely

Membership Cancellation Policy

All memberships are billed on a recurring basis and will automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with the terms below.

 

30-Day Cancellation Notice:

Clients must submit a written cancellation request at least 30 days prior to their next billing date.​

  • Cancellation requests received less than 30 days before the next billing date will result in one final charge.

  • Memberships will remain active during this 30-day notice period.

Early Termination Policy

Memberships cannot be canceled before the end of the agreed-upon term.

 

Early termination is only permitted under the following circumstances:

  • Medical/Injury: A doctor’s note must be provided stating the inability to continue physical activity.

  • Relocation: Proof of a job-related move outside of the area must be provided.

 

All documentation must be submitted and approved before an early termination request is processed.

No Exceptions:

By purchasing a membership, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms. Failure to use services does not constitute cancellation, and no refunds will be issued for unused time.
